Terms and Conditions

Version 2026-10-20 · Effective on publication

These terms govern your use of Africa Jobs, a field-service marketplace operated by Olamide Olatayo Bello. Contact: dobcalldemo@gmail.com. By creating an account and accepting these terms, you agree to follow them.

1. Eligibility and organization authority

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into contracts. If acting for a business, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. Organizations are responsible for authorizing their members and reviewing their access.

2. Marketplace and work agreements

Buyers describe work, compensation, schedules, site conditions and required qualifications. Providers must accurately represent their skills and only accept work they can lawfully and safely perform. An accepted routed offer or assignment following a provider request records the parties’ agreement to the work order. Document changes to scope, price or timing before performing additional work.

Africa Jobs provides coordination tools. It does not guarantee available work, earnings, provider qualifications, site safety, insurance coverage or outcomes. A profile or uploaded credential is not a platform verification unless expressly identified as verified. Actual employment, agency or contractor status depends on the parties’ relationship and applicable law; these terms do not determine statutory status.

3. Current service and financial limitations

Only features actually enabled in your account are available. The current release records fixed compensation and approved-work payables but does not collect buyer funds, hold escrow, process payouts, provide insurance or perform background checks. A payable record is not proof of payment. Buyers and providers must agree on lawful payment arrangements and keep their own records. Future platform charges or payment services require disclosure of applicable terms before use.

4. Lawful and safe conduct

Do not post fraudulent, discriminatory, unlawful or unsafe work; misrepresent qualifications; harass others; upload malicious files; collect personal information without authority; access another organization’s records without permission; or attempt to bypass security. Follow applicable employment, tax, licensing, immigration, safety and privacy requirements. Report emergencies to the appropriate local emergency services.

5. Your content and confidentiality

You retain your rights in uploaded materials. You grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy and display those materials as necessary to operate the service, provide access to authorized participants, investigate problems and meet legal obligations. You must have permission to upload content and disclose site contacts. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details, unnecessary identity documents, health information or confidential customer data. Respect work-order confidentiality.

6. Intellectual property

Use the platform and branding only as authorized. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and licenses. See the Copyright page for reporting suspected infringement. Nothing here limits uses permitted by law.

7. Disputes, suspension and closure

Raise work-order concerns promptly with the other party and retain relevant evidence. You may contact support for coordination; the operator does not promise arbitration, payment recovery or a particular resolution. Accounts or content may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal obligations or serious contractual breaches. Where practicable and lawful, affected users will receive an explanation and may request review by email. You may request account closure; outstanding work obligations and lawful retention requirements may continue.

8. Availability and responsibility

The service may be interrupted, changed or unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided as available without additional warranties. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer or worker protections. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a selected foreign court.

9. Updates and contact

Material changes will be identified with a new version and communicated through the service or available account contact details before they take effect where required. Changes do not retroactively alter accepted work orders without agreement. Applicable law and court jurisdiction are determined under the relevant legal rules. Questions: dobcalldemo@gmail.com.
